In the Tenants section, you have access to the tenant balance detail.

The tenant balance is the result of following elements:

• Prepaid rents (as indicated in the Tenancies page)
• Rent payments (as recorded in the Finance page)
• Reconciliation of charges done in the period
• Tax refunds where applicable.

The Tenant Balance can be used for payment deferments. Depending if it is positive or negative, the rent will be increased or diminished.
